You can only apply ONE (1) discount per camper per week.
Early Bird discount: will be applied to all weeks of camp registered ($15 off Full Days & $10 off Mornings/Afternoons) until June 1st.
Sibling: $10 off Full Days & $5 off Mornings/Afternoons
2 to 4 weeks: $20 off Full Days & $15 off Mornings/Afternoons
5 to 6 weeks: $35 off Full Days & $20 off Mornings/Afternoons
7 or more weeks: only applies to those registering for 7 or more weeks. ($50 off Full Days & $30 off Mornings/Afternoons)
Only one discount applies for per camper
While camp will continue at indoor facility until inclement weather clears, outdoor active games will likely not be played indoors. There are no refunds due to bad weather.
There is a non-refundable $30 administration fee per child if you wish to cancel any week of camp. If written cancellation is received by the registration office at least 14 days prior to start of the camp week, a refund (less the non-refundable $30 admin fee per child) will be provided. If written cancellation is made to the registration office within 14 days of camp starting, consideration will be only given to either switching weeks of camp or camp credit for next year. No refunds will be provided once camp has started and days missed for any reason cannot be refunded or made up. There are no refunds given due to bad weather. All refunds will be made after September 1, 2018.
Changes to camp weeks
All changes to your weeks of camp after initial registration are subject to a $10 fee per occurrence.
Extended care / late pick up fee
Extended care is available for $25/camper/week (non-refundable) if picking up your camper(s) on any/all days between 4:30-5:00pm. Any pick up after 5:00pm will be subject to a $15 per 15 minute charge daily. We reserve the right to ask you to withdraw from camp for multiple occurrences past 5:00pm.
Transportation is NOT Provided
Transportation is not provided to or from camp, however, if camp must travel offsite for any reason, you will be notified by our onsite staff. If your camper is not being signed in by a parent/guardian daily, please complete a Sign in/out release form available during the online registration process.
We ask you to sign in and out each day with our staff to help us track attendance and provide security for your camper.
Afternoon sessions consist of a less structured format that typically includes an afternoon leisure swim and/or camp games.
We are committed to providing a caring, friendly and safe environment for all participants in our programs. Bullying of any kind will not be tolerated in our camps. Creating a bully free environment starts with our staff being role models and active participants in the camp experience of all campers.
For any medical issues or life threatening allergies, please complete the Medical/Epipen form available during the online registration process.
No wait list
We do not have a wait list for any of our camps, however if registering for multiple weeks or multiple family members and a week is unavailable, contact the Registration office at 41-877-8123.
We strive to maintain a nut-free camp and ask that you refrain from sending peanut or nut products to camp.

Customers who wish to provide feedback on the way Armando Schools Summer Camps provides goods, services or facilities to people with disabilities can provide feedback in the following way(s): Fax, email, phone, in person (either at our office or camp locations), mail , other forms of communication as needed. All feedback, including complaints, will be dealt with on an individual basis by Managers and Program Director, as needed. Customers can expect to hear back in 1 to 3 days.
